    Slow doesn’t always mean steady

    10th July 2005

One of the books that my children loved when they were growing up is a Disney book describing a car race between Donald Duck and Goofy which is a spin-off of the Turtle and Hare race story.

In this Disney version, Goofy who drives an old car was challenged to a race by Donald who zips around in a spiffy new race car. While Goofy chugs steadily along, he says, “Ahoo0-gah! Slow and Steady! Steady and Slow! That’s the only way to go!”

    Barbarians Rule!

    10th July 2005

I spent the past few days at the Microsoft World Wide Partner Conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I brought along four books with me, thinking that I might have some down time during the conference to catch up on some reading as well, but as it turned out I only managed to read en route.
